About the Role
Vibe Education is looking for an experienced Aircraft Weight & Balance Trainer to deliver professional, practical training at our Al Nahda campus in Dubai. This is a freelance / part-time role delivered in person. Candidates must be physically present in the UAE. Location: Vibe Education, Al Nahda, Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Freelance / Part-Time Trainer
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, practical in-person training in Aircraft Weight & Balance (Load Control) at our Al Nahda campus.
- Train learners on aircraft loading, weight distribution, centre of gravity, and load sheet preparation.
- Use practical examples from Boeing B737 and Airbus A320/A321 operations to connect theory with real-world load control.
- Prepare and adapt training materials, exercises, and assessments.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Aircraft Weight & Balance / Load Control.
- Practical knowledge and experience with Boeing B737 and Airbus A320/A321 aircraft.
- Strong understanding of aircraft loading, weight distribution, centre of gravity, and load sheet preparation.
- Previous training or instructional experience preferred.
- Must be physically present in the UAE.
- Available to deliver in-person training on a freelance basis.
