The diploma comprises six mandatory units, 20 credits for each unit, totaling 120 credits, 1,200 hours of Total Qualification Time (TQT), and 480 Guided Learning Hours (GLH).
The qualification is delivered face-to-face, through lectures, tutorials, seminars, distance, online by approved centres only.
Assessed through practical evidence, reflective statements, and portfolio submission.
