This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which students may be eligible for a refund of fees. All applicants are required to read and agree to this policy before submitting their application.

1. Definitions

• Local Students: UAE residents or individuals on their own visa who are not sponsored by VIBE Education for a student visa, and are enrolled in certification or short-term programs.
• International Students: Students enrolled in diploma or long-term programs who are sponsored by VIBE Education under a student visa.

2. Refund Policy for Local Students (Certification Programs)

Under normal circumstances, local students are not eligible for a refund. This includes:

• Voluntary withdrawal
• Incomplete attendance
• Changes in employment or visa status
• Any personal or financial reasons

Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases such as serious medical emergencies or bereavement in the immediate family, students may submit a written request for a partial refund. Each request will be reviewed by management and considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of VIBE Education.

3. Refund Policy for International Students (Diploma Programs)

3.1 Visa-Related Withdrawal

If a student withdraws after their visa has been issued, the visa fee is non-refundable. A tuition fee refund may be considered only if:

• The student has not entered the UAE
• The student has not started any classes
• A formal visa cancellation request is submitted
• The student signs an official withdrawal agreement confirming:
  • Voluntary withdrawal from the program
  • No claim for enrollment, attendance, or certificate
  • No intention to continue or return to the program

A visa cancellation fee applies in all such cases.

3.2 Tuition Fee Refund Schedule

• Before the start of classes: 70% refund on tuition fees (excluding non-refundable charges such as visa, entrance, and registration fees). Conditions in section 3.1 must be met.
• Within six (6) months after classes start: 30% refund on tuition fees only.
• After six (6) months: No refund will be provided.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, students must:

• Submit a completed withdrawal or visa cancellation form
• Provide valid reasons along with supporting documents
• Ensure the refund request is submitted no later than six (6) months from the program start date or the official withdrawal confirmation date, whichever is earlier

Processing Timeline:

• A decision will be communicated within 14 days of receiving the request
• If the student wishes to appeal, a written review request must be submitted within 20 days
• The outcome of the review will be shared within 45 days of receiving the appeal

5. Post-Withdrawal Access

Upon withdrawal:

• Access to VIBE Education systems and services will be revoked
• Students will no longer be permitted to attend classes or participate in assessments

6. Legal and Administrative Notes

This policy reflects VIBE Education’s internal procedures and complies with applicable UAE laws and regulations. All refund decisions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
