Refund and Withdrawal Policy
1. Introduction
Withdrawal applies when a learner voluntarily leaves the program, fails to join, is dismissed for misconduct, or is unable to continue due to valid circumstances. Visa fees, registration fees, administrative charges, and awarding body fees are non-refundable.
Diploma Programs
UK Diploma, One year and Two year programs. Refund applies only to tuition fees.

Certification Programs
Short courses, workshops, corporate training. No refund once registration is confirmed or access is provided. If the course is cancelled by Vibe Education, a full tuition refund or batch transfer will be offered.
Refund Request Procedure
Refund request must be emailed to accounts@vibeedu.com. Refund is calculated from the date of the official email notice. No cash refunds. Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method. Decision within 15 working days and payment within 7 working days.
Post Withdrawal Access
Once withdrawn, access to classes, LMS, assessments, and certificates will be deactivated.
