1.Introduction
Withdrawal applies when a learner voluntarily leaves the program, fails to join, is dismissed for misconduct, or is unable to continue due to valid circumstances. Visa fees, registration fees, administrative charges, and awarding body fees are non-refundable.
2.Refund applies only to tuition fees.

3.Refund Request Procedure:
Refund request must be emailed to accounts@vibeedu.com. Refund is calculated from the date of the official email notice. No cash refunds. Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 15 days upon approval.
4.Post Withdrawal Access:
Once withdrawn, access to classes, LMS, assessments, and certificates will be deactivated
